Allagents and Letting agents

I was talking with a senior letting agent at one of the most well known property brands in the country last week. He said, "the powers that be keep coming to me with stuff they find on the internet, slagging them (the agency) off on Twitter, pulling them apart on Facebook and worst of all, stuff they find on Allagents about us, and say, 'take it down!' Of course, I have to explain that nobody can't take it down. No one can."


If your lettings agency has any traction at all, people are talking about you. Of course, they've always talked about you, but now they're doing it in writing, in video and in public. People love giving reviews ..


You can't control what people are saying about you. What you can do is organise that speech. You can organise it by highlighting the good stuff and rationally responding to the not-so-good stuff. You can organise it by embracing the people who love your lettings agency and challenging them to speak up and share the good word. And you can respond to it in a thoughtful way, leaving a trail that stands up over time.


So, get your landlords and tenants to give you great reviews on Google (and if you don't know how to give a review on Google .. go to Google, top right hand corner, click on the blue sign in button, then  it will ask you to log on .. ignore that, just create an account, fill in the details and hey presto!) .... get your landlords and tenants to give you great reviews on allagents (as long as they are truthful) .. then when some pond sucking scumlife scum of the earth who is on 'aaaaaasing bennyfitz' tenant, who moans about his or her deposit not being returned, but left the place a $hit tip, the great reviews outweighs the shi.....

Reviews .. dont you just love them!
